Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Third Party Administrator Quality Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Facilitate audits of Partners handling of claims
  • Coordinate with contracted TPA partners
  • Evaluate TPA claim files

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 10% or less
  • 5 or more years of P&C claim handling/quality control/claim leadership experience
  • Strong technical and multi-jurisdictional knowledge of P&C claims
  • Experience accurately evaluating files from a holistic perspective
  • Effective project management with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong software (e.g., Excel) systems including the ability to manipulate data
