Job Summary
A software technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build an outstanding Customer Success Organization that preserves and expands the company's book of business
- Being front line support responsible for high ticket volume every day (via chat and email)
- Close 20 tickets a day, and being comfortable with a steady stream of traffic
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support and YOU LOVE IT
- You love to share what you have learned
- You can reduce a sophisticated topic to a few simple steps, putting to rest any fears a client may have
- You build content for the Knowledge Base, documenting for both our internal use and for external clients
- You are a detective and will use your investigative skills to dig into complex customer questions
- You will use your knowledge and experience to come to a long term resolution
