An entertainment, leisure, and corporate travel company has a current position open for a Telecommute Tier 1 Online Support Specialist in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling complex online and offline issues
- Working with clients and internal teams to investigate issues quickly and effectively
- Effectively troubleshooting and solving client issues caused by unique client circumstances
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Ability to understand mid-office functionality is required
- Able to understand web portal, dashboard concept
- Ability to use resources and apply to daily inquires
