Job Summary

An entertainment, leisure, and corporate travel company has a current position open for a Telecommute Tier 1 Online Support Specialist in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling complex online and offline issues
  • Working with clients and internal teams to investigate issues quickly and effectively
  • Effectively troubleshooting and solving client issues caused by unique client circumstances

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo is a must
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to understand mid-office functionality is required
  • Able to understand web portal, dashboard concept
  • Ability to use resources and apply to daily inquires
