A leading digital education technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Tier 1 Provisioning Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Processing requests submitted by Sales and Account Managers
• Meeting team production standards
• Serving as resource for internal customers by answering questions

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
• Type a minimum of 40 wpm
