Job Summary

A software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Tier 2 Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Research, troubleshoot and develop solutionsin web-based and mobile web SaaS applications
  • Configure and customize our applications to meet unique customer requirements
  • Manage an evolving queue of support tickets

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in full stack .NET development
  • Experience developing and working with APIs and Web services
  • Demonstrated experience working with Relational Databases, SQLand writing database queries
