Job Summary
A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to and resolving requests and incidents
- Performing detailed tracking and narration of work
- Participating in creation of all Tier 1 and 2 procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required
- Extensive service desk and remote support experience
- Configuration and repair skills for PC, printer, IP phones and other peripheral devices
- Experience installing new images on computers, completing backup/restores, using software TO
- Wipe hard drives, remote computer support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Proficient Windows, Active Directory and Ticketing Systems skills
