Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to and resolving requests and incidents
  • Performing detailed tracking and narration of work
  • Participating in creation of all Tier 1 and 2 procedures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely and travel as required
  • Extensive service desk and remote support experience
  • Configuration and repair skills for PC, printer, IP phones and other peripheral devices
  • Experience installing new images on computers, completing backup/restores, using software TO
  • Wipe hard drives, remote computer support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Proficient Windows, Active Directory and Ticketing Systems skills
