Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Tier 3 IT Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing break/fix software & hardware support
- Performing IT asset disposal efforts and maintaining accurate asset inventory
- Troubleshooting issues involving business applications on and/or off premise (e.g. cloud)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License
- 6+ years’ experience in IT support / help desk positions
- Substantial experience performing technical and system analysis / diagnostics
- Experience with device, operating system, software and application troubleshooting
- Proficient in the identification and timely resolution of end-user IT issues
- Ability to test, troubleshoot, service and repair end user devices
