Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Tier 3 IT Support Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing break/fix software & hardware support
  • Performing IT asset disposal efforts and maintaining accurate asset inventory
  • Troubleshooting issues involving business applications on and/or off premise (e.g. cloud)

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Valid Virginia Driver’s License
  • 6+ years’ experience in IT support / help desk positions
  • Substantial experience performing technical and system analysis / diagnostics
  • Experience with device, operating system, software and application troubleshooting
  • Proficient in the identification and timely resolution of end-user IT issues
  • Ability to test, troubleshoot, service and repair end user devices
