Job Summary

An information technology and engineering staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Tier I Service Desk Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide First Line Support
  • Fulfill standard pre-approved requests such as installation of approved applications
  • Provide remote troubleshooting of PCs and standard approved applications

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass Background Investigation
  • 3-5 years of recent Service Desk / Help Desk experience
  • Must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate patience with end-users
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
