Job Summary
An information technology and engineering staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Tier I Service Desk Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide First Line Support
- Fulfill standard pre-approved requests such as installation of approved applications
- Provide remote troubleshooting of PCs and standard approved applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass Background Investigation
- 3-5 years of recent Service Desk / Help Desk experience
- Must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate patience with end-users
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
