Job Summary
An internet and consumer products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Tier II Network Operations Expert.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in the on-call rotation of the network
- Serve as the first point of contact for any network related event
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve and/or escalate events in real time
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Occasional travel to our downtown Boston office
- 2+ years of help desk or troubleshooting customer service experience
- Strong people and project management skills
- Basic Linux system knowledge
