Job Summary
A real estate corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Title Examiner I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Examining title orders within company guidelines
- Researching respective title plant software
- Explaining chain of title, exceptions, and requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Possession of a Valid State Producer's License
- HS diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in the title industry which includes understanding title orders
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Access, SureClose, Title Workplace, and Internet software
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Basic understanding of risks and liabilities of titles
