Job Summary
A premier provider of title searches and real property data solutions is in need of a Telecommute Title Examiner in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Abstracting and examine deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, liens, tax assessments, mineral reservations, and other applicable instruments
- Verifying vesting and encumbrances to title
- Submiting field requests to designated field representative for searches that cannot be completed in-house in those areas which employee Field Searcher/Examiners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience performing Texas title examinations
- Prior experience examing complex Texas title issues including probate, foreclosure and bankruptcy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Web navigation
