A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Title Insurance Examiner in San Diego.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Abstract county records for commercial and residential properties
- Research chain of title for commercial properties
- Complete real estate title property reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ yrs experience with Florida state law
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
- General PC proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
