Job Summary

A title insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Title Processor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Studying and preparing title reports, prelim title commitments, and other title related documents
  • Collaborating with the closing department to resolve title issues
  • Understanding and arranging legal descriptions on tax maps and/or filed maps

Position Requirements Include:

  • Title Officer license is required and needs to be held for 3 out of the last 5 years
  • Resident of Utah
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Title industry
  • Must exercise good judgement and to be able to work independently or in a team setting as needed
  • Excellent verbal skills and written communication skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
