An insurance services company is seeking a Telecommuting Title Searcher in Quakertown.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assembling title packages and searching for tax documentation
- Conducting title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity
- Compiling, investigating and interpreting tax records in order to determine tax liability
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years related experience
- Investigative / research skills
- Standard MS skill set
- Data entry/typing skills
- Proficient with company operating systems
