Job Summary
A tool manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute Tool Manufacturing Project Management Human Resource Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering a solution-oriented format to problem-solving
- Participating in working groups, councils and committees
- Supporting all areas of the North America Commercial organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Management or related field
- 4-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Broad knowledge of Federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Expert level proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
