A technology company focused on the collection of customer data is in need of a Telecommute Tooling Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being a hands on technical manager for the team of 3 engineers
• Leading by example and caring for your teams
• Establishing credibility through the quality of your own execution

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years of experience as Technical Lead or Manager
• Previous operational responsibility for business critical systems
• CS, EE, or CE degree and/or a demonstrable, solid understanding of CS
• Solid grasp of Linux systems and networking concepts
