Job Summary
A media and marketing solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Top Accounts Client Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage & process insertion orders & creative for Top Accounts utilizing financial & creative systems across one or multiple markets
- Provide market specific information for ROP, such as date options, zoning options, special sections, etc
- Multitask across a variety of job duties and MUST have deep familiarity with products
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role or combination of education and experience
- Excellent understanding of print advertising best practices
- Ability to build rapport with client representatives, including sales and marketing staff members or often the business owner
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong organization and project management skills to manage multiple ongoing projects
