Job Summary

A media and marketing solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Top Accounts Client Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage & process insertion orders & creative for Top Accounts utilizing financial & creative systems across one or multiple markets
  • Provide market specific information for ROP, such as date options, zoning options, special sections, etc
  • Multitask across a variety of job duties and MUST have deep familiarity with products

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role or combination of education and experience
  • Excellent understanding of print advertising best practices
  • Ability to build rapport with client representatives, including sales and marketing staff members or often the business owner
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong organization and project management skills to manage multiple ongoing projects
