Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Trade Show Director in Lake Oswego.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with and supporting key stakeholders to select, prioritize, and manage sponsored events
  • Partnering with and reporting to the VP of Marketing to develop high- quality trade show & event strategies
  • Driving the marketing and communications of events through social media sites and other channels

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 25 – 30%, nationwide and in countries such as Germany, UAE, Turkey and Ukraine
  • 8+ years planning and managing integrated global tradeshows and events
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Experienced in B2B products/services
  • Experience managing annual budgets of $3M- 5M
  • Experienced in negotiating and developing contracts with global vendors
