Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Trade Show Director in Lake Oswego.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with and supporting key stakeholders to select, prioritize, and manage sponsored events
- Partnering with and reporting to the VP of Marketing to develop high- quality trade show & event strategies
- Driving the marketing and communications of events through social media sites and other channels
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 25 – 30%, nationwide and in countries such as Germany, UAE, Turkey and Ukraine
- 8+ years planning and managing integrated global tradeshows and events
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Experienced in B2B products/services
- Experience managing annual budgets of $3M- 5M
- Experienced in negotiating and developing contracts with global vendors
