Telecommute Traffic and Workforce Supervisor

Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Traffic and Workforce Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Update and maintain staffing models for 3-4 direct business areas
• Develop a solid understanding of staffing metrics and inputs
• Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis OR call center workforce, planning, and forecasting
• 1+ years of experience in project management, six sigma, or modeling
• Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• 1+ years working in a call center or back-office environment, preferably in a Workforce setting
• General understanding of back-office transaction tracking applications
