Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Traffic Workforce Representative in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using workforce management software and call volume history to help manage daily staffing levels
- Utilizing call center tools to observe agents' actual state compared to scheduled state
- Managing real-time inbound call traffic to help ensure that service levels are met
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of workforce management experience
- 1+ years of experience with workforce systems
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
