Job Summary

A laboratory has an open position for a Telecommute Training and Development Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Establish and implement training opportunities for Information Management
• Communicate and provide guidance and tools to leaders and employees

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience, or 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing training programs to support staff development and growth in talent pipeline
• Excellent skills in writing, verbal communication, relationship management, planning, and organizing
