An education company has a current position open for a Telecommute Training and Performance Improvement Leadership Faculty Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating course discussions ensuring active participation among learners
  • Assessing learner assignments and engagement
  • Participating in the design and development of courses and course materials

Qualifications for this position include:

  • PhD or EdD in Training and Performance Improvement, Performance Improvement, or another closely related area
  • Experience teaching in higher education
  • Experience mentoring doctoral students
  • Experience with scholarly writing and use of APA 6th edition
  • Experience with curriculum, course development and course revisions
