An IT consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Training Deployment Specialist in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage course creation, and publis content and testing content in SAP SuccessFactors
- Schedule training, record attendance, and manage reporting
- Prepare facilitators for delivery of Learning courses
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 or more years of relevant training experience
- Prior project management experience
- Prior training deployment experience for large scale projects
- Demonstrated experience in delivering learning programs for technical and soft skills
- Ability to develop and mentor others
