Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Training Development Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing four training modules with relevant lesson plans and hand-outs
• Focusing on interactive teaching methods, parental engagement concept and methods, classroom management, positive enforcement
• Providing monitoring tools for teacher practices and quality M&E tools for trainings

Position Requirements Include:

• Organization will facilitate in-country transport during the consultant’s period of work
• Thorough knowledge of and experience working in Jordanian or MENA educational context
• Extensive skills in sourcing, drafting and packaging educational curriculum and materials
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal and relevant university qualifications
• Experience in humanitarian/refugee/camp educational contexts and/or complex environments
• A minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience
