A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Training Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing training needs through interactions with operations departments
• Consulting on best design and execution of needed training
• Designing multimedia training for maximum impact on target audience

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Up to 10% travel may be required
• Ability to survey and analyze business operations for skill and training gaps
• Ability to create learning that incorporates Adult Learning Theory
• Use of learning creation technology: Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Goto, Zoom
• Excellent on-line and virtual presentation skills
