Job Summary
A training program provider is in need of a Telecommute Training Program Proposal Writer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to pursue by monitoring state and federal databases
- Manage the proposal development process
- Analyze selected solicitations to identify requirements and make recommendation for go/no-go decision
Qualifications for this position include:
- Eligible candidates must be able to prove residency in a HUB Zone with two valid forms of identification
- Minimum of two years of Government proposal writing experience
- Access to a computer with high speed internet and local secure data storage capabilities
- Be willing to be flexible and to continually learn in an ever-changing environment
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at a time
- Excellent research skills
