Job Summary

An information security company has an open position for a Telecommute Training Project Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of training programs against stated learning objectives
  • Leading Instructional Design Teams in training project analysis tasks
  • Performing administration and maintenance in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (10 days per month)
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of current trends and conversations in the Instructional Design community
  • Strong project management skills and business process redesign skills
  • Proficient with G Suite (Google Apps) and Microsoft Office
