Job Summary
An information security company has an open position for a Telecommute Training Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing the effectiveness of training programs against stated learning objectives
- Leading Instructional Design Teams in training project analysis tasks
- Performing administration and maintenance in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (10 days per month)
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of current trends and conversations in the Instructional Design community
- Strong project management skills and business process redesign skills
- Proficient with G Suite (Google Apps) and Microsoft Office
