Job Summary
A business services provider company is filling a position for a Telecommute Training Services Coordination and Logistics Analyst I.
Must be able to:
- Perform data processing of complex Learning Management System transactions according to Work Instructions
- Train, certify and coach team members to perform LMS data processing
- Investigate LMS data errors, prepares related summary report for the client
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to pull Learning Management System reports, manipulate data, and prepare summary for client review
- Able to train and coach all team members in accordance with Work Instructions
- Able to investigate and respond to client issues, such as audit discrepancies
