Job Summary
A program services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Training Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating and developing training curriculum and training materials based on proven adult learning techniques
- Teaching instructional programs in accordance with training or other course requirements and organize materials to be presented
- Reviewing, evaluating, and modifing existing and proposed curriculums and recommend changes to policies and procedures as applicable
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
- 3 years of professional/related experience required
- Demonstrated classroom management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
