Job Summary

A digital insurance claims company is seeking a Telecommute Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting training needs assessments, in close cooperation with leadership
  • Assisting with vendor research/assessment, selection, and coordination for external training
  • Creating, coordinating, and participating in the development of new employee orientation program

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years related experience HR or Training
  • Strong presentation, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of testing and test development/skill assessment
  • Ability to lead discussions and focus groups
