Job Summary
A global professional services company is in need of a Telecommute Training Team Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, inspiring and managing the training and eLearning content development team
- Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) with full understanding of our internal tools and processes to support the team
- Creating and delivering training / EDU monthly business review (MBR) data
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training, pet insurance or a related field
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
- Competency in MS applications including Word, Excel, and Outloo
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
