Job Summary

A global professional services company is in need of a Telecommute Training Team Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading, inspiring and managing the training and eLearning content development team
  • Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) with full understanding of our internal tools and processes to support the team
  • Creating and delivering training / EDU monthly business review (MBR) data

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training, pet insurance or a related field
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
  • Competency in MS applications including Word, Excel, and Outloo
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
