Job Summary
A business services company is seeking a Telecommute Training Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting new hire, program revision and remedial training
- Evaluating trainee performance
- Adminstering on-site training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel domestically is required
- Two (2) years’ experience in training and/or customer call center experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery
- Demonstrated knowledge of specific account provisions, products, and policies
- Demonstrated knowledge of specific account provisions, products, and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency of presentation skills
