Job Summary

An investment company is filling a position for a Telecommute Transaction Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing purchase and sale agreements for accuracy and obtain all necessary documentation
  • Reviewing contracts in the closings pipeline and ensure all deadlines and deposits are met
  • Coordinating closing activities across the business, collaborating with outside parties and internal stakeholders

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience (minimum 2-3 years) closing transactions
  • Extremely high level of conscientiousness towards work product
  • Excellent history of academic achievement
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and management skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills applied proactively with an eye towards constant improvement
  • Display sound judgment and have experience managing projects in a fast paced and changing environment
