Job Summary
An investment company is filling a position for a Telecommute Transaction Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing purchase and sale agreements for accuracy and obtain all necessary documentation
- Reviewing contracts in the closings pipeline and ensure all deadlines and deposits are met
- Coordinating closing activities across the business, collaborating with outside parties and internal stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience (minimum 2-3 years) closing transactions
- Extremely high level of conscientiousness towards work product
- Excellent history of academic achievement
- Excellent presentation, communication, and management skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills applied proactively with an eye towards constant improvement
- Display sound judgment and have experience managing projects in a fast paced and changing environment
