Job Summary
A real estate technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Transaction Coordinator Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Scaling and growing the Transaction Coordinator program to double its current size in 6 months
- Developing program to hire and train new Transaction Coordinator’s (no or little experience)
- Growing and training current Transaction Coordinator’s to surpass service expectations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of recent TC experience
- 1-2 years prior supervisory experience
- 1-2 years of training experience
- 1-2 years of operational experience
- Tech savvy: comfortable learning and quickly mastering new software
- Expert level proficiency with Skyslope
