Job Summary
A lending and financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Transactional Paralegal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with our teams, manage contract lifecycles
- Draft, negotiate, and revise multiple types of contracts while working with internal partners, and internal and outside counsel
- Manage intake of contract requests, track contract negotiation and execution, and file completed contracts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years relevant corporate transactional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or other related field of study
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program with a concentration in corporate law
