Job Summary
A search engine is filling a position for a Telecommute Transactional Services Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring and growing the transactional teams
- Developing and installing processes to be compliant with both SOX and local, legal requirements
- Adapting to and design processes around new product launches, changes in billing strategy and expansion
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Global position and will require travel
- Bachelor's or Master Degree or equivalent plus 10 to 15 years relevant experience working in accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and mentor and grow a team
- Strong communication, relationship building, influencing, persuasion, presentation, conflict resolution and business analysis skills
- Possess high integrity combined with good business acumen
