Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Telecommute Transfer Evaluation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating incoming transcripts and experiential learning documentation
• Applying transfer credits accurately to a student’s degree plan within the system
• Respond to emails, phone calls and Zendesk tickets within 24 hours

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor degree from a regionally accredited university
• Ability to interpret and apply transfer credit policy guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Broad understanding of FERPA and accreditation standards
