An integration company that specializes in data communications is filling a position for a Telecommute Transition Service Management Specialist in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Successful delivery of transition engagements
- Review and understand contractual obligations of the service area
- Identify and communicate risks, assumptions and issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of ITIL experience
- 5 years of Service Mgmt Specialist using an ITSM tool such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Crystal Reports experience desired
