Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Transplant Nurse Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assess members' current health status
- Identify gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Provide patient education to assist with self-management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence
- Multiple state licensure (in addition to Compact License if applicable) or ability to obtain
- 3+ years of nursing experience as an RN
- Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word, with the ability to navigate a Windows environment
- 1+ years of transplant experience with solid organ or bone marrow as a Nurse
- Access to high speed internet from home (broadband cable, DSL or fiber optic)
