Job Summary

An energy non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Transportation Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Help draft regulatory filings for state utility commissions based on extensive body of work
  • Help organize the monthly working group calls for the Advanced Transportation program
  • Track policy developments as they unfold in state executive agencies and legislature

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel on an as needed basis to targeted states for meetings
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Public Policy or Communications preferred
  • One to three years of professional experience in transportation/energy policy development
  • Interest in transportation/energy issues
  • Intellectual curiosity, inquisitive nature, and excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
