Job Summary
A ride-sharing service provider has an open position for a Telecommute Transportation Customer Service Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering a high volume of calls
- Resolving any issues that may come up during a ride
- Closely monitoring live rides and provide any needed support for parents and drivers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to stay calm and organized in chaotic situations
- Excellent multitasking and people skills
