Job Summary

A ride-sharing service provider has an open position for a Telecommute Transportation Customer Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering a high volume of calls
  • Resolving any issues that may come up during a ride
  • Closely monitoring live rides and provide any needed support for parents and drivers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in chaotic situations
  • Excellent multitasking and people skills
  • Ability to provide your own technology
