Job Summary

A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Travel Agency Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact between the company and travel agency customers
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing the complete lifecycle of a travel agency’s engagement with the company

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of CRM Software and GDS
  • Ability to Read, Understand and Interpret Rate Code Usage
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Travel Industry
