Job Summary
A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Travel Agency Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Operating as the lead point of contact between the company and travel agency customers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing the complete lifecycle of a travel agency’s engagement with the company
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of CRM Software and GDS
- Ability to Read, Understand and Interpret Rate Code Usage
- A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Travel Industry
