Job Summary

A travel company is in need of a Telecommute Travel Booking Tier 2 Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Handle complex, global, multi-phase Concur client implementations, including end-to-end testing
  • Effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by unique client circumstances
  • Identify key business requirements and configure the Concur Travel to meet those requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo is a must
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Able to understand Mid-office functionality is required
  • Experience with Profile Management Tool is preferred
  • Able to understand web portal, dashboard concept
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
