Job Summary
A travel company is in need of a Telecommute Travel Booking Tier 2 Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Handle complex, global, multi-phase Concur client implementations, including end-to-end testing
- Effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by unique client circumstances
- Identify key business requirements and configure the Concur Travel to meet those requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Able to understand Mid-office functionality is required
- Experience with Profile Management Tool is preferred
- Able to understand web portal, dashboard concept
- All other requirements necessary for this position
