An expense management company is in need of a Telecommute Travel Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative and extraordinary customer service
- Consult with our Card Members so that you can recommend relevant products and services
- Create unique travel and lifestyle experiences by expertly booking travel needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of travel and world geography or a recent history of selling domestic and international travel
- Sales experience and the consultative skills to confidently recommend and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Knowledge of travel reservation systems or point of sale tools, with ability to book international air reservations
- Confident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using multiple tools and systems daily
- Ability to understand a Card Members concerns and overcome objections
- Resilience and composure to remain positive under pressure or in changing circumstances
