Job Summary
A travel management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Travel Consultant in Tampa.
Must be able to:
- Communicate effectively with other agents or team members to solve problems and gather information
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Understanding of the Federal Travel Regulations, Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports
