Job Summary

A travel utility company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Travel Customer Advocate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting subscribers with technical support, account questions, and travel advice
  • Communicating with the community on social media, Facebook messenger, and in chat
  • Flagging issues and opportunities to delight members to other teams

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role where you were directly responsible for a queue of tickets
  • Experience working remotely with a fully-distributed team that collaborates via Slack and Google Hangouts
  • Track record of driving projects and tasks from start to finish independently
  • Exceptional command of the English language -- both written and spoken
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic demeanor
