Job Summary
A travel utility company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Travel Customer Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting subscribers with technical support, account questions, and travel advice
- Communicating with the community on social media, Facebook messenger, and in chat
- Flagging issues and opportunities to delight members to other teams
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role where you were directly responsible for a queue of tickets
- Experience working remotely with a fully-distributed team that collaborates via Slack and Google Hangouts
- Track record of driving projects and tasks from start to finish independently
- Exceptional command of the English language -- both written and spoken
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic demeanor
