Job Summary
A business partner for managed travel needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Travel Customer Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving growth and developing innovative client focused solutions
- Increasing profitability by proactively identifying delivering solutions that continue to add value
- Leading sales efforts to deliver multiple revenue streams and further penetrate accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3- 5 years’ working in a travel industry
- Must be able to identify client needs and come up with innovative solutions
- Understanding of the external market and in-depth knowledge of the power of the GBT value proposition
- Must be able to identify and understand client needs, motivations and "hot" buttons
- Proven success in consultative selling is required, in addition to demonstrating success
- High motivation for success and performance
