Job Summary

An award-winning mobile app is in need of a Telecommute Travel Experience Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Help customers via chat or email to ensure they have the best possible experience
  • Work out of multiple global distribution systems (GDSs) and a variety of internal tools
  • Help users navigate the app, troubleshoot bugs and provide guidance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel for company activities
  • 2+ years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry role
  • Previous remote work experience and appropriate remote work set-up
