Job Summary
An award-winning mobile app is in need of a Telecommute Travel Experience Agent.
Must be able to:
- Help customers via chat or email to ensure they have the best possible experience
- Work out of multiple global distribution systems (GDSs) and a variety of internal tools
- Help users navigate the app, troubleshoot bugs and provide guidance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel for company activities
- 2+ years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry role
- Previous remote work experience and appropriate remote work set-up
