Job Summary

A travel company is in need of a Telecommute Travel Help Desk Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer and accurately process incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and web chat sessions
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service
  • Completing air, car, hotel, rail, cruise, and tour reservations

Position Requirements Include:

  • On-site 5-8 week training program then ability to work remote
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of travel experience, and the equivalent of 2-4 years of customer service
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based systems, GDS systems, and internet
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and identify alternatives
  • Ability to correctly apply new systems, products, services, policy changes, etc., to job duties
