Job Summary
A travel company is in need of a Telecommute Travel Help Desk Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer and accurately process incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and web chat sessions
- Deliver extraordinary customer service
- Completing air, car, hotel, rail, cruise, and tour reservations
Position Requirements Include:
- On-site 5-8 week training program then ability to work remote
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of travel experience, and the equivalent of 2-4 years of customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based systems, GDS systems, and internet
- Ability to creatively problem solve and identify alternatives
- Ability to correctly apply new systems, products, services, policy changes, etc., to job duties
