Job Summary

A privately-held global travel planning company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Travel Planning Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring all opportunities are explored to promote a mutually beneficial cost avoidance approach
  • Working closely with the Customer Care Lead to drive data quality and consistency
  • Collaborating/escalating where required with/to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma
  • 5+ years travel counselor or relevant customer service experience
  • Understanding of booking processes and tools
  • Excellent travel industry knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization/time management skills and good attention to detail
